Product Description
Magnesium ferrosilicon nodulizers, also called FeSiMg or MgFeSi treatment alloys, introduce magnesium to promote spheroidal graphite formation in ductile iron. Chemistry and sizing must be matched to the complete treatment practice.

Nodulizer and Inoculant Are Reviewed Together
The nodulizer provides magnesium treatment, while subsequent inoculation supports nucleation and helps control chill, graphite distribution and fade. The appropriate pair depends on the foundry’s base iron, treatment method and casting geometry.
Documents After Grade Confirmation
Product specification, chemistry and particle-size reference, TDS, SDS, sample COA and packing information are confirmed for the selected grade. Batch certification is supplied against the agreed contract limits.
Final treatment practice must be validated by the foundry. The agreed specification and batch COA govern each shipment.
